After 15 years in corporate and a transition into founding her own business, Kasia moved to Lisbon and found a city full of ambitious people - but no space that truly brought them together.
Events were either too casual or too corporate. Networks stayed siloed. Expats rarely mixed with local founders. And as someone who had lived in both worlds - the executive table and the founder's seat - she couldn't find a community that bridged them.
The kind of room she was looking for - where conversations have depth and something actually moves forward - didn't exist.
So she built it.
Lisbon Business Leaders started as a simple idea: bring the right people together, in the right environment, and let what happens unfold.
